Notice of an Update to the Guardian’s Guide
Thank you for your continued use of PLS Click.
We would like to inform you that following the various updates to the Click lineup released Thursday, November 4, we have also updated the Guardian’s Guide. Please note that the format has changed slightly and the guide is now split into two parts.
Welcome to PLS Click
This guide is designed for first-time users of Click. It provides:
A brief introduction to PLS Click - 「PLS Clickとは」
Account access information - 「生徒様のIDとパスワード」
A short explanation on how to use Click - 「PLS Clickの使い方」
By separating this information from the original Guardian’s Guide, you will no longer have to manage and supply account IDs etc for every subsequent Click order.
We are providing this as an editable PDF document as well as a Microsoft Word document.
The PDF version is recommended in order to preserve the formatting, but to make edits (such as account IDs and passwords), you will need to use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC*.
*Please note that sometimes it is not possible to make edits in Japanese fonts - in that case, please use the .docx version.
**Please feel free to use the .docx version to remove the section on setting class times if you intend to set this yourself.
A guide to Click materials (grouped)
Instead of providing an independent guide for each Click material (as before), we have four new guides that only require you to circle the material being issued. We hope this will reduce administrative workload and improve efficiency. The guides are:
Rank (9th to 5th)
Daily Expressions (Sets A and B)
Question / Answer (Sets A and B)
Alphabet & Calendar
The new guides also provide more detailed information on features.
They do not require editing and are provided as PDFs.
They are also available on the Sister School website* under “PLS Click Information.”
*Login requires an ID and password.
Additional Information
PLS Click Website
We are currently working on a dedicated PLS Click website. When the website goes live, we will further update these new guides. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. In the meantime, we recommend printing and distributing copies of the new guides as necessary.
The new PLS Click website is scheduled to go live at the end of November.
PLS Click Listen
We are delighted to announce that Click Listen has also been updated to enable students to set class times (an optional feature that must be enabled by individual sister schools).
